POOR COMMUNICATION - NO CLAIMS HANDLING

We were contracted by Reinsfelder to transport a load described as a legal shipment, with an agreed payment of $1,000. However, upon pickup, it became apparent that the load was overheight—a critical detail that was never disclosed. Despite this oversight, we successfully delivered the load with a clean Bill of Lading (BOL), confirming its proper delivery.

After delivery, Reinsfelder alleged damages to the top of the equipment and presented an inflated invoice exceeding $33,000. To further pressure us, they posted negative reviews on multiple trucking platforms, attempting to harm our reputation and coerce payment.

As of today, Reinsfelder has not paid us for this shipment and continues to ignore our repeated attempts to communicate and resolve this matter. The issue stems from their failure to disclose critical load details, as even noted in the damage report.

Reinsfelder removed our Google Reviews with proofs and details. Please beware of Double-Brokerage when doing business with Reinsfelder, as they operate a few brokerage authorities as well as a few trucking companies, and swap the loads.
